The Girls’ Brigade is up to Date - Relevant - Lively - Challenging - Seeking to meet the needs of girls today. 

As a Christian uniformed organisation, we meet in an atmosphere of fun and friendship, offering girls the opportunity to grow and develop in every aspect of life.

The girls' work for badges covering a variety of subjects aimed at the different ranges and abilities of each girl, e.g. cookery, crafts, art, Bible stories, games &  drama.

There are four different sections within Girls' Brigade and we meet on Friday evenings: 

Explorers: 5-8 year olds - 5.30pm - 6.45pm

Juniors: 8-11 year olds - 6.45pm - 8.15pm

Seniors : 11 - 14 year olds -  6.45pm - 8.15pm

Brigaders : 14 + - 6.45pm to 8.15pm

During the year we also have different events:

  •         Sleep-overs
  •         Ten Pin Bowling
  •         Weekend camp
  •         Trips to theme parks
  •         Fun days
  •         Roller skating        ..... to name but a few.
