We believe that prayer is a vital part of every Christian’s life. In the Bible we are told to pray on every occasion. There are various opportunities for prayer at Hythe United Reformed Church - brief descriptions of these are shown below.

Prayer For Individuals

Prayer For Individuals is available after the services on request, when members of the Prayer Ministry Team (wearing badges) will either pray with you then, or arrange a more suitable time if preferred.

Daytime Prayers

Homegroups

Homegroups meet alternate weeks on different days and times, in homes, to study, worship, share and pray.

Prayer Spider

The Prayer Spider is made up of Church Members. If someone has a special need for prayer a prayer request can be passed along by e-mail and phone. Each phoned person will pass the request on to two others until the whole prayer spider is covered.
